Hannah Wilson

Hannah Wilson, Director of People and Culture at Preventx is an experienced and forward-thinking HR leader. With a career spanning over a decade across diverse industries -including healthcare, technology, and manufacturing – Hannah, who is Level 7 CIPD, brings a people-first approach to building high-performing, inclusive workplaces that drive organisational success. 

Since joining Preventx in 2024, Hannah has played a key role in evolving the People Strategy to support the organisation’s rapid growth and purpose-driven mission. Initially appointed as Head of People, she now leads the People and Culture function, shaping talent, engagement, and leadership development strategies to support a collaborative, values-led culture. 

Before joining Preventx, Hannah served as Group Head of People at Linbrooke Services Ltd, where she led HR transformation initiatives across a complex, multi-site organisation. Her earlier roles include senior HR positions at Rank Interactive, and JELD-WEN, where she built deep expertise in business partnering, change management, and employee engagement. 

Hannah holds a bachelor's degree in business and human resource management from Sheffield Hallam University, graduating with a 2:1. She is known for her pragmatic, empathetic leadership style and her ability to align people strategies with organisational objectives. Whether supporting growth, navigating transformation, or embedding culture, she is driven by a passion for unlocking potential - at both the individual and organisational level.
